Wow!! What a day we had. Casey was beyond 5 stars and the absolute BEST tour guide for our first ever Bourbon Tour. He was knowledgeable, so friendly and we felt we were with an old friend from the moment he picked us up. I would recommend Bluegrass 100%. We decided to make our first trip to KY for the bourbon trail. We knew we needed help to make the most of it. We luckily came across Casey and his family’s company when looking for reliable transportation from Louisville to the surrounding areas. We had no idea we would also be getting a world class tour guide and planner. He had perfect recommendations for everything from food to hotel to hidden gem distilleries to booking tours at the big name places. We learned so much. Had reliable rides that were on time and very safe. Casey was fun to hang out with. Had great tips on some great bottles too. We will be back and we will use him again.

The team at Bluegrass Executive made my group's bourbon tour amazing. Reserving and communicating with Chris was seamless- he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly. We had a lot of moving parts but he was able to assist and reassure me that everything would go smoothly, and it did! Casey was our excellent driver. He drove safely while sharing both info and facts, and personal stories about the places we were going to. It honestly felt like he was a part of our group. Knowing that we were in the hands of such a reliable team made our day out more relaxing and fun. We were able to focus on enjoying the bourbon and we made sure to try all of Casey's recommendations. We even tried some of his food recommendations the next day (they were all great). There are many tour and transportation companies offering a similar experience but Bluegrass Executive is the best by a margin!

Chris was great! He is knowledgeable about the distilleries and the area. We had a wonderful trip to Bardstown with him at the wheel. Made all our tours with time to spare, and he had suggestions for when we had extra time to fill. Not only that but he is genuinely a kind and generous person. The team was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable from the initial planning stages and throughout the tour. Our driver Casey was extremely knowledgeable about area distilleries, their products, tours, etc. He took us to some smaller distilleries we would have otherwise overlooked. He told us a lot about the area including restaurant recommendations. I will use them again for future bourbon tours.

During our recent trip to Louisville for a two day bourbon tour of the various distilleries, we had the opportunity to have Chris as our driver. I’m so lucky we found Bluegrass Executive! We wanted a special day visiting the bourbon trail for our 10 year anniversary and just didn’t have the time to research much on our own. Chris asked basic questions about what we like and proposed a “hypothetical” itinerary for our day, which was absolutely perfect for us. We had the best time! We hired Bluegrass to transport high level executives both to and from meetings over a course of a day and half. Casey arrived early, was very accommodating and professional. We would 100% recommend Casey and Bluegrass!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bluegrass Executive Transportation for our bourbon tour. I booked everything through Chris, the owner, who was incredibly responsive and made planning almost suspiciously easy. Like, “what’s the catch?” easy. Spoiler, there wasn’t one. We had just one tour scheduled ahead of time and let our driver, Casey, take the wheel, literally and figuratively. That was hands-down the best decision we made. Casey knows the area like the back of his hand and built a perfect day around his experience and our vibe. If there’s a particular distillery you really want to visit, especially on a weekend, book well in advance. But if you’re flexible, let Casey do his thing. You won’t regret it. He even made sure we started the day right with a stop for some absolutely unreal sausage biscuits. If you're doing the southern route, this isn’t a suggestion, it’s a must. Casey’s recommendations throughout the day were on point, and everything ran so smoothly that all we had to do was relax, learn, and drink good bourbon. One of our favorite stops was Limestone Ranch Distillery. It felt far less commercial and gave us a more personal, one-on-one tasting experience. If you’re on the fence about booking with Bluegrass Executive, stop overthinking it. This is the way to see bourbon country, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Sorry for the long review, but it is worth the read! My wife & I just returned from 4 days in Kentucky doing bourbon tours for our anniversary. We called Bluegrass Executive Transportation to enquire about their services during our trip. Working with Chris was hands down the single best decision we made on this trip. He is a great communicator and extremely knowledgeable about all things Kentucky! From the best bourbon tours to dining to hotels, you name it, and this guy has a wealth of knowledge. We spent 4 days with Chris, and he was always professional. His goal was to ensure we had a great experience and got the absolute most out of our trip. He handled everything from our airport transfers to daily pickups and taking us on bourbon tours. He provided us with recommendations for dining between tours and even sent us all of the restaurant menus; I mean, this guy goes above and beyond. We definitely plan to return to Louisville and plan to use his services. We would give Bluegrass Executive Transportation & Bourbon Tours 10 Stars if google would allow it. Used these guys last week. Casey was our driver and he was bad ass. Picked us up from downtown Louisville and rocketed us into bourbon country. SUV was pristine and spacious, good sound system. Jesus wept and Hurricane Helene sent rowdy storms all the way up the Bourbon Trail. I felt safe as a babe wrapped in his mother's arms as Casey piloted us through the impenetrable rainstorm, telling stories and educating us about bourbon all the way. We had a few appointments to maintain... Casey's intimate knowledge of all the distilleries allowed him to steer us in the right direction, as locations closed due to power failures and flooding and the sins of man. God's anger was biblical on this day! Would use these guys again in a second. Five Stars. Ask Casey about Doris!
